Cancellation Policy

Future World Retail Private Limited believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has its own cancellation policy. Under this policy, Cancellations will be considered only if the product has not been shipped and the order is still being processed. The customer may however track the status of the order online.


For any cancellations request made Future World Retail Pvt Ltd. has a right to deduct transaction charges of 2%.

Return & Refund Policy

Future World Retail Private Limited takes care to procure, store and sell products of the best quality, in the best of conditions. We have partnered with Shiprocket – a leading logistics aggregator company in India, to ensure that all products reach you in the best of conditions.

 

However, in the rare event where you might have received a product where the outside box is damaged, you may not accept the product . Future World Retail Private Limited and/or it’s Logistics Partner will look into the matter on a case by case basis.

 

However, in the rare event where you might have received a product which is slightly damaged (either functional or cosmetic damage) or a product which has a manufacturing defect, In such circumstances, before using the product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team at contact@futureworldindia.co.in within 24 hours of receiving the product. Our customer service team will guide you on the process for the same. You may have to visit your nearest Apple Authorised Service Centre to get such cases addressed.

 

Future World Retail Private Limited does not accept Returns for any other reasons.


Refund Policy

Refunds are only possible in the following cases:

Cases where:


  • Customer refused to collect the delivery
  • Customer wasn’t available during stipulated delivery attempts made by our logistics partner
  • The delivery address was wrong / unreachable

For case 2, we will process the refund after receipt of the product by Future World Retail Private Limited. All Refunds will be processed based on the mode of payment used by the customer while placing the order.

  • Orders paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/ debit card within 7 working days and the refund will reflect in the next statement.
  • Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to bank account.

Return Policy

  • Please don’t accept the order if the outer packaging tampered/meddled.
  • Please notify us in case of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 24 hours of delivery of the product.
  • All items to be returned must be in their original packing in unused and undamaged condition, with all original tags/labels attached along with proof of purchase.
  • We would not be able to accept a product if it shows signs of breakage or tampering.

    Dead on Arrival (DOA) Product Policy

    A product is considered Dead on Arrival (“DOA”) if it shows any hardware failure, preventing basic operability, upon its first use out of the box.

    In such case, please contact us or reach out any Apple authorised service center. Apple authorised service center will assist further.

     

    Future World Retail Private Limited reserves the right to test DOA product. If the condition of the product is misrepresented by the customer, Future World Retail Private Limited may impose a handling fee.
