These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website, purchase of products, and any services provided by Future World Retail Pvt. Ltd. (“Future World,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or ordering from our website, you agree to abide by these Terms. We may update or change these Terms at any time; changes take effect immediately when posted. 2. Orders & Pricing

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclude applicable taxes, duties, or charges unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors or omissions, even after you place an order.
  • Promotional offers, bank discounts, and vouchers are subject to specific conditions and may be modified or withdrawn without notice.

3. Payment

  • Payment must be made at the time of placing the order via available options (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.).
  • For EMI or no-cost EMI offers, the financial institution’s terms apply.
  • Future World is not liable for delays or issues arising from payment gateways, banks, or intermediaries.

4. Cancellation & Modification

  • You may cancel or modify your order before it is dispatched.
  • Once shipped, cancellation or modification requests will not be accepted.
  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed as per our Refund & Returns Policy to the original payment method.

5. Delivery & Title Transfer

  • We will deliver your order within the timeline stated on the product page, subject to unforeseen delays (logistics, regulatory, natural events).
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery at your designated address.
  • In case of partial delivery, you may cancel the undelivered portion before it is shipped.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Governed by our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

  • Items must be returned in original, unused condition with all accessories, tags, packaging, and documentation intact.
  • Returns due to defects, wrong dispatch, or courier damage are accepted at no additional cost; otherwise, you may bear return shipping.

7. Warranty & Support

  • All products carry the manufacturer’s warranty (if applicable).
  • Future World facilitates warranty claims; service, repair, or replacement will follow the manufacturer’s terms.
  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including images, logos, trademarks, and text, is proprietary to Future World or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or use any part of the content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Future World’s liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any disputes arising in connection with them are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
