Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation before Dispatch

• You may cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched.
• Once the order is marked “shipped” or “dispatched,” cancellation is no longer permitted.
• After cancellation, any payment made will be refunded as per Section 3 below.

2. Returns & Exchanges (Applicable after Delivery)

• You have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return (as per “Buy Terms & Condition” on the site: futureworldindia.in).
• Eligible only if the product is in original condition, unused, and with all tags, seals, accessories, and original packaging.
• Returns are accepted only for defects, damage in transit, or wrong product dispatch.
• For exchanges, availability of replacement items is subject to stock.

3. Refunds

• Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund.
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking, etc.).
• Refunds may take 7–10 business days (or as per banking timelines) to reflect in your account.
• For partial returns, the refund will be proportional to the returned item(s).

4. Return Shipping & Charges

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to defect, wrong dispatch, or courier damage.
• We recommend using a trackable courier service and retaining proof of shipment.

5. Cancellation After Dispatch / Part Delivery

• If an order is partially delivered, you can cancel the remaining portion before dispatch of undelivered items.
• For items already delivered, you must follow the returns process under Section 2.

6. Disqualified Returns

• Returns will not be accepted if the item is missing original accessories, packaging, or tags.
• Returns will not be accepted if the item shows signs of use, damage, or tampering.
• Returns will not be accepted if the request is beyond the allowed 10-day window.
• In such cases, we reserve the right to reject the return and send the item back to you.

7. Policy Modifications & Discretion

• Future World reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this policy at any time without prior notice.
• All returns, cancellations, and refunds are subject to our final inspection and approval.
