1. Offer Overview

• Cashback is available on both EMI and non-EMI purchases using eligible cards via the Brand EMI option on Pine Labs terminals.
• No Cost EMI is available only for 6-month tenures on ICICI & SBI Bank credit cards.
• Processing fees and GST on any interest component will apply, as per your bank’s policies.

2. Cashback Terms

• Instant Cashback will be applicable only to card accounts that are active and open.
• The offer is limited to one transaction per card, per product category, per quarter.
• To qualify, the transaction value must be at least 90% of the product’s MRP.
• In No Cost EMI cases, the bank continues to charge interest, but this amount is adjusted as an upfront discount for you.

3. Eligible Banks & Cards

• Currently, this offer is valid only on ICICI & SBI Bank credit cards.
• Other banks or cards may have similar offers with different terms—please check the individual product page for details.

4. General Conditions

• Offers are valid for a limited period, while stocks last.
• We reserve the right to modify or withdraw offers at any time, without prior notice.
• For precise cashback details, always refer to the product page.

5. Refunds & EMI Closure

• Refunds will be credited back to the same card.
• EMI closure will only be processed after the customer notifies the bank about the refund.
• If the bank is not informed, any interest charged afterward becomes the customer’s responsibility.
• Any foreclosure or related charges imposed by the bank must be borne by the customer.
